Volvo P1800S (1965)

Stunning Grey Volvo P1800 Sports, 1965.

I purchased this car in April 2011 for 10.000 GBP and it is agains my will i am selling it due to change of circumstances.

The car was originally a 1.8 twin carb, but the previous owner who owned it for 22 years fitted a B20 2 Litre engine and a 4 speed overdrive.

These are the things i have had done with the car since purchased to a value of over 8500GBP

New Speedo, new brakes, new tyres, new fuel tank linkage, new carbs, new pipes, new steering column, cleaned out complete engine,
all electrics gone through by a classic car electrics specialist. ( from Allcar electrics ) All new parts are from Brookhouse Volvo Classic Car specialist and i have sourced quite a few parts from Trollhattan in Sweden where it was originally built.

The list is rather long so i will stop there, but you can see that i have cut no corners to make this into a really great car.

The interior is all original.

The things left to do with the car to have it in absolute excellent mechanical condition, i would suggest having a look at the gearbox and if wanted to change the exhaust.

Otherwise the car is mechanically & electrically solid and it has all been done by experts, all receipts are available in detail.

It comes MOT to April 2011 and is TAXed ( Exempt )
