1990 Volvo 740 SR in Blue with grey cloth. 107k miles, with recent service history.

Lovely late car with the facelift front end and fitted bullet proof 2.3 B230K engine and 5 speed manual gearbox. Heated seats and sunroof. Excellent condition both inside and out with no rust and drives beautifully, being nice and tight with no clonks from the suspension. The previous owner was an aircraft engineer and the condition of the car speaks volumes for how he must have looked after it. Unfortunately he fell ill and the majority of the service history has been lost. I have a stack of reciepts for the past few years including new brakes and tyres.

I bought this car as a stop-gap everyday car whilst my other car was having work done and it is now surplus to requirements. It is a lovely car that has obviously not suffered the usual fate of being used and abused. With the prices of 240's having gone up significantly recently, this is a great value way to get much of the same qualities.
