AC 3000ME (1983)

An AC 3000ME one of only 107 ever made, back in the day (Mid 70s) these were one of the most expensive sports cars available

After carrying out a full service, draining fluids and fuel tanks, freeing off the brakes, fitting a new battery, it fired into life after last being run some 21 years.

All the electrics work as intended, the interior is very nice,finished in a tan leather, which is pretty much unmarked. As are the carpets, the bodywork is good, but will need repainting, the mechanical side of this car are in great condition. It runs well, selects gears and moves under its own power with ease. The oil pressure, water temp all sit at the desired levels, the engine sounds beautifully healthy as is the bite point on the clutch and gearbox selects beautifully.

The front subframe has suffered from corrosion and will require work along with the rear wishbones that have suffered badly from corrosion. To the right person this is this will be a quite straight forward project.
