Jaguar XKR (2005)

The Jaguar XK8 (project code X100) was launched by Jaguar Cars in 1996, and was the first generation of a new XK series. The XK8 was available in three-door hatchback coupé or two-door convertible body styles with the new 4.0-litre Jaguar AJ-V8 engine. In 1998, the XKR was introduced with a supercharged version of the engine. In 2003, the engines were replaced by the new 4.2-litre AJ34 engines in both the normally aspirated and supercharged variations. Mated to this was a new 6 speed ZF automatic gearbox.
In 2005 the final face lift model was launched with a deeper front valance, side skirts on the sills and a redesigned rear bumper - all giving the car a more modern and hunkered down look.

This car is a 2005 edition finished in the unusual colour of Ultraviolet blue with contrasting Ivory leather covering the Recaro sports seats.

The car has only 54,000 miles on the clock and a Jaguar service history.
The level of specification on this low mileage, late car is phenomenal with every extra seemingly having been ordered from new.
