EXTERIOR
Finished in Black Sapphire Metallic, (Code 475), the stunning finish to this one owner example is entirely commensurate with the remarkable 28,090 miles covered from new. Strictly garaged by the only owner and used as a second vehicle, the paint finish is incredible and entirely factory original. All panels are pin straight with no dings or damage, and the only imperfection worthy of mention is a touched-in stone chip to the bonnet. All trim pieces, glass and light clusters follow suit and complete the almost new car experience. Factory stickers remain in the door apertures and supplying dealer number plates remain fitted front and rear of this totally genuine example. A hugely desirable model and very difficult to fault.

INTERIOR
Sports seats in Black leather, (Code N6SW), are beautifully preserved with the facings free from damage or wear. All bolsters are absolutely firm retaining correct shape offering near perfect ergonomics and optimum support with electric adjustment. Only on close inspection will you see very light discolouration to the driver’s outer bolster and tiny hairline scratches to the factory Black Aluminium Cube trim on the drivers door handle. The leather M multi-function steering wheel and gear knob are perfect, as is the driver inclined fascia. All functions and controls operate perfectly in this very high specification example including the Navigation System with TV and desirable Harman Kardon Hi-Fi. The unopened BMW first aid kit remains below the passenger seat and the carpets protected by genuine BMW velour mats. The supplying dealer tax disc holder remains fitted to the front screen. ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
For those that want true sports car performance, the legendary 6-cylinder in-line 3.0-litre engine is the ultimate driving machine. Silky-smooth when revving up to 5900 rpm it produces 231bhp and a thumping 300Nm of torque despatching 0-62 mph in 6.5 seconds and on to an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. The engine bay is pristine which displays every factory sticker, plate and label and even PDI dabs. The driver’s preference is the 6-speed manual transmission offering a sporting short throw and slick changes.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The bold 18inch M Double Spoke (Styling 135M) alloy wheels and are pristine bar one tiny mark to the offside rear wheel. Matching Continental Contisportcontact 225/40 R18 front and 255/35 R18 rear tyres all dated 2018 are fitted. The factory space saver tyre is shod in the original Continental tyre and stored in the immaculate boot space alongside the complete toolkit, jack, warning triangle and BMW spare oil zip bag with 1L of oil. Vented front and rear discs with ABS offer immense and predictable stopping power.

HISTORY FILE
Rarely does an example become available with such wonderful credentials. Registered new on the 16th May 2003 by BMW Main Dealers, Holland Park Ltd of London, this example has covered just 28,090 miles with one owner from new! A new car order form and subsequent sales invoice in the history file is made out to Mr Marios Karaolis who paid £32,435.90 including factory optional extras to the sum of £4,410.00, plus a further £299 for the supplying dealer to install the tracker system. Purchased for his wife, Mr Karaolis has now, after 16 years of ownership enjoyment, made the very difficult decision to sell the car after the sad passing of his wife.

A letter from Mr Karaolis at the time of sale confirms that the car was always garaged and that it has been maintained by none other than his Brother, who worked at the supplying BMW main dealer, Holland Park Ltd. The history file holds every MOT certificate back to the first in 2006. The original BMW leather wallet contains the full book pack including all supplements and security code cards, and there are three BMW keys plus master key blade. Even the leather key pouch is unopened in the plastic packaging! The condition of this pampered example is second to none and a true credit to Mr and Mrs Karaolis.
