A fabulous example, of a rare and handsome, late, ‘DL’ series PIII, which has undergone recent major loving refurbishment to an excellent standard, with consideration and care being given to correctness and originality. The body has been completely stripped and repainted, the interior has been sensitively rejuvenated, and the whole car has been given a new lease of life, without over-restoration or bringing it back to ‘brand new’, and is done in just the right way. Also included was the fitting of an overdrive unit - a very worthwhile conversion, giving relaxed cruising. All of this careful work resulted in expenditure of well in excess of £80,000, and since then the car has covered 8,000 or so trouble-free miles. Excellent history file included. A truly lovely car.
