Completely re-built to its current spec and only used ONE in the Welsh Xtrem event since .

The power comes from a 300Tdi engine that was fully re-built including new seals, Injectors, Bearings, Shells, Big ends, Oil pump, Head skimmed and new head gasket, etc, Only around 1000 miles since and a New Turbo just fitted.
R380 Gear box and LT230 Transfer box
Intercooler removed with bypass pipe, full silicone hoses, 50mm Core radiator mounted behind cab with twin fans, Reinforced water hoses ran on chassis rails, Davies Craig electric water pump, 10 row oil cooler, Alisport PAS reservoir , Air intake mounted high up the back of the cab, 24 spline axles, Ashcroft shafts, 4 pin diff (front) Detroit locker in rear with Ashcroft shafts.
Heavy duty diff pan front, QT Diff guard rear, Brake lines protected by 10mm bar, Heavy duty drive flanges.
Flat Dog springs all around with pin to pin shocks, Spring retainers, mounts etc, QT castor correction arms front, rose jointed rear arms, Adjustable pan hard rod, Heavy duty steering arms,Greaseable track rods, Wide angle props, Braided main brake lines,
Mach 5 wheels with custom bead locks, Valve protectors, All wheels fitted with tubes, 5 Simex Xtreme trekker tyres 35/16/10.5
Defender 90 chassis, front legs shortened for better approach angles, Custom winch tray, Rear cross member and chassis removed up to rear spring hangers, Custom rear end and winch traySwivel mounted rear recovery mounts, Welded solid fronts.
Aluminum tank mounted in rear and rear mounted battery tray,
Fully re-wired auxiliary , fuse box relocated higher up on bulkhead, Winch wiring 70mm cable, 24v and 12v systems, 24v ran by 2 x Odesey PC1500 in cab floor, 24v alternator on custom mount, Yellow top battery, 120a 12v alternator for mains electrics. 12v and 24v cut offs fitted in cab and additional one on passenger side, 4 x HID spot lights on cage, 2 high level red/fog lights on rear, High level reverse/Flood lights rear, Rear LED light clusters, Water plugs fitted, 2 bus bars behind dash
Front winch WARN 8274, Gigglepin main shaft, Delta ten air free spool long drum, twin top housing, 2 x 12v Bow motor, External and internal winch controls with cut offs,Albright solenoids, GP hardware on brake assembly, Extended fairlead.
Rear winch WARN8274, Reduced diameter drum, 12v XP Motor, Albright solenoid, GP Harware on brake assembly, GP free spool handle, External and internal winch control, Standard size fairlead.
Both winces set up for 24v through 12v motors.
Full protection with Main cage around cab, Front challenge wings modified, Full custom rear tray frame, Built in waffle bored storage, spare wheel carrier, Custom rock sliders, Fuel tank guard,Custom door protection, Aluminum panelled,
Interior custom built with frame to raise /flat floor, Fittings for 2 x PC1500 batteries, Custom aluminium dash, digital readouts for batteries 12v and 24v, Fan controls , Winch controls, ARB Locker switches, Aux controls for compressor, Map light, Harness cutters both sides, Harness seat belts, QT Challenge seats with custom frames,
