This is a Lanchester 14 from 1936 with a straight six engine with a 'Wilson' preselect gearbox. It is a very well preserved car with almost perfect chrome. It has had a few updates including a solid state fuel pump and an additional radiator fitted in front of the original to allow the car to be
used in today's traffic. This car is currently being viewed by millions on TV in the United States and is the star of recent films and BBC dramas,
'Outlander', 'Churchill' and 'Rillington Place'.
The number plate has been independently valued.
In 80 years the car has covered 72,000 miles and had few owners. The car comes with its original buff log book, V5c, spares catalogue, old mot's
