INTERIOR
Awesome and exceptional, the deep front sports seats finished in Monte-Carlo cloth are supportive and offer great comfort. Factory standard carpet mats remain fitted from new and although comprehensively equipped this example has many desirable factory options fitted. The three-spoke multifunction leather sports steering wheel with paddle shift allows control of the radio and computer without taking the hands of the wheel and shows prominent perforations thanks to the low mileage. Door hinges are spotless and entry sills unmarked. The boot area is as new. A luxurious sporting interior with great attention to detail.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The Golf R32 is powered by the thumping 3.2 litre V6 petrol engine capable of generating 250 PS and producing a hefty 320 Nm of torque at just 2,800 rpm. Documented and regular service history ensures faultless enjoyable performance. The engine bay is show winning clean and factory standard. Fitted with the desirable 6-speed DSG gearbox the 0-60 mph is just 6.2 seconds and is quicker than the standard manual gearbox. A top speed of 154 mph is quoted and with paddle shift and Sports mode this example is the drivers choice.

WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
Impressive and unique to the R32 are the Zolder 18” alloy wheels shod in matching Dunlop Sport 225/40 ZR18 tyres with ample tread. Scrutiny will reveal a tiny mark to one wheel. The braking system comprises of large dimensioned discs to both front and rear, the front being internally ventilated and gripped by standard blue brake calipers.

HISTORY FILE
Hailed as the fastest ever Golf when new this model was the most expensive in the range being the 5dr V6 4Motion DSG. Registered new on the 10th April 2006 by VW Main Dealers Breeze in Poole this example has returned to the same agent eight times for scheduled service work. A further three Specialists service visits have been carried with the last in April 2018 at 25,077 miles. The vital Haldex oil change was carried out on the last service. With just three former keepers from new the total mileage of 26,201 miles is warranted and a box file contains all the corresponding invoices to match the stamped service book. The R32 leather folder is present with all handbooks and two keys. A very special, sought-after example in exemplary condition. Sold by KGF Classic Cars in 2018 we are delighted to have this back in our inventory for a new owner to enjoy!
