We replaced the tie rod ends, idler arm, power steering hoses, spark plugs, fan clutch, oil pressure sending unit, tail shaft seal, rebuilt Holley carburetors, master cylinder, and much more. We changed the oil and filter and checked and lubed the chassis.

This corvette came from the Virginia/Tennessee area. The last owner built the engine with Weiand tunnel ram, 2 Holley carburetors, Accel coil, Accel spark plug wires, Mallory distributor, World Production Angle Plug heads, gear drive, Pro Comp roller rockers, screw in studs, valve guides, radiator, and much more.

1973 marked the end of the chrome bumper corvette era, with rear chrome bumpers going away in 1974 and being replaced by a rubber bumper. The 1973 was a one-year-only body design. GM also did away with the vacuum-operated wiper door this year, in favor of a longer hood to hide the wipers, and replaced the removable back window with a glue-in window.
