Mini Clubman

Your are looking at a very orginal and increasingly rare 1979 Austin Mini Clubman Estate on a T plate.
It is a chocolate brown with light tan interior.

My Grandad bought the car in 1984 and drove it till 1999, when he then handed it over to my Mother.
She wanted something more modern so she handed it over to me in 2004, so it has been kept in the family and has always been kept in my late Grandad's garage.

I took the Mini off the road in 2008 and it has stayed in the garage since.

The Mini is very clean and orginal, and runs well on and off choke. Underneath is solid , subframe and floor perfect and has been undersealed.

I put it through an MOT in December 2011, just to see what needed doing , and basically all it failed on was brakes binding and wheel bearings rough, which probably has been caused by it standing in the garage so long.
My mechanic said it would cost around £100 - 200 to have replaced. I have a copy of the failure certificate for inspection.

Body is very clean and the interior and carpets are in very condition, as you may be able to see by the photographs.

I had the car serviced in July 2011 ( new plugs, points , oil change )

I have loads of paperwork for the car , past MOT certificates, garage receipts and the bill of sale from when my Grandad bought it in 1984.

This is a great little car which has been well cared for, ( it was my Grandad's pride and joy ! )

I am very reluctant to sell her as she has been part of the family for so long, but I cannot give the car the love and attention she needs.
